Downtown on the Move! August 3 • 5-7pm

Downtown Lakeland is a great place to locate your business! Those of us already here know it. Walkable streets, unique restaurants, great shopping, local artisans, and fabulous green spaces create an environment for commerce and community. We are ready to get others excited about it too!

Downtown on the Move  is an ongoing event designed to showcase cool urban spaces, local artists, and economic energy in Downtown Lakeland. Each event will feature Lakeland’s most unique businesses, properties, and projects.

Tennessee Carriage Lofts, one of the first residential/office/retail projects in downtown, is proud to host this inaugural event. La PortaRossa will provide tasty offerings served with beer and wine, along with live music provided by Seth Rollins, to create the vibrant social atmosphere known for downtown. Come and tour the office space on the ground floor, visit Pumpernaks’ retail space in Traders Alley, and view one of the loft apartments.

“The goal of the event is to show the economic vitality and opportunities available in Downtown Lakeland. By actively presenting the great things that Downtown Lakeland has to offer, we can capture new energy and investment in our central business district,” explained Julie Townsend, a recent addition to the Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty team.

“Businesses are excited to be a part of it. This event provides an opportunity for the exchange ideas and creates collaboration for future Downtown investment. Already, we have about a dozen sponsors,” shared Kyle Vreeeland, the retail real estate specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty.
